I am not sure about the H20. It is possible, but the whole thing was a bit flaky and intermittent. I would start with resistance readings on it ... for the n/a it should be about 700-800 ohms, If i remember correctly. Mine was never 100% consistent in cold weather, and sometimes I felt as if humidity had a part it was playing... Also, did your mechanic check out the fuel pressure regulator? I ended up replacing mine along the way, but I don't think in the end it was bad afterall. A lot of possibilities, unfortunately. It seems as if a mechanic with Tech 2 going on the ECU could read signals coming in and see if anything is "garbage" even though it is not a CEL state. That is how the shop I talked to about my problem said they would diagose it, but I ended up getting it running before sending it into them.
