I'll defend Saabs all day long, but I do agree that the Viggen is overpriced for what you get. They were a steal last year in the high $20's, but for $38, I'd be looking elsewhere. He criticises the car for the same things we do, and praises the car for the same things we do - he gets the torque steer thing wrong, of course, and goes through the obligatory quirky bit, but I've never read a review that didn't. No real surprises here.
