Hello, all...I test drove a 1999 Viggen the other day....The rims had some curb rash on them, and from the very start of the test drive, the car needed an alignment VERY BADLY!!! If I took my hands off the wheel for just a second, even when going 10 mph or less, the Viggen quickly veered to the right...I really had to hold on tight to keep the wheel from turning on its own.

Besdies those two things, the car seemed ok, but I did not look at it that closely after being dissappointed with the test drive..

My question(s) is/are...What might be wrong with this Viggen?

I ran a carfax on it, and it came back clean and had a title issued in Connecticut.....Then it was sold at Auction this past August, and CarFax listed it as a manufacturers vehicle, which I do not understand...

It said it was NOT a leased vehicle....It came back clean as far as CarFax went..

I did learn that CarFax does NOT report cars that have been in an accident from every state....

The Viggen has only 15,000 miles on it and is being sold for under $ 20,000.

Suggestions ? Should I forget about this one and move on ??
