Should I be less patient?

I started leasing the new 9-3SS at the beginning of February...I noticed about 2 weeks later a funny noise when I was driving and then when I was on ice I was getting the Traction Control Failure Message and also the Antilock Braking System Failure message on my SID screen and it said contact dealer for service...so I called them up and they said for me to bring it up (which is in NH when I live in MA) for service...no loaner car no pick-up service no nothing...so my boyfriend took it up there and they found that the emergency brake was was partially frozen on...so fine...about 2 weeks after that I start to hear this rattling noise in the front right suspension..I take it in for my "free" 30 day inspection(this time to my local dealership)and they find that I have a broken right strut...they say their going to order the parts and they'll send me a postcard in the mail when they come in...so it's been a week and I called them about the parts...they say well we are having trouble with getting the parts and we'll schedule you in for a 2-day service next week and we'll "try" to fix it with what we have here! Should I think about asking my dealer to give me a new car?? I think I should wait it out until they try to fix it next week..but people are telling me I'm being too laid back about this...I would appreciate anyone's opinion on what I should do...Thanks
