Dear Lauren,
Thank you for contacting the Saab Cars USA Customer Interaction Center. We
appreciate your willingness to provide critical feedback. Such efforts enable
Saab Cars USA, Inc. to make significant strides in improving our product and
service.
You have every right to expect a high quality product and superior service. We
regret your recent experience fell short of your expectations and ours. Your
comments will be forwarded to the appropriate department within Saab cars.
Unfortunately, when a new model is rolled out there can be a delay on getting
parts. We apologize for the inconvenience that you are experiencing. This delay
is a temporary situation. Please provide me with the name of the dealership and
the Service Advisor and i will see if I can assist them.
Please let us know if we can be of any further assistance.
Sincerely,
Jamie
