I was going to suggest sunroof drains, but that's been covered.
Wherever you suspect weatherstripping, shake talcum powder around. Close the hatch & have at it with a hose (or go out in the rain). Leaks will make tracks in the power so you can see where they come from.
I know those vent holes in the weatherstrip. I thought they all faced into the interior side of the seal, but I'd have to look at the car to really make sure. I believe the idea is that none of them is outside the seal, so none of them allows water into the hollow seal. Maybe yours has a crack somewhere.
Take the weatherstrip off of the metal lip that holds it. Inspect that channel around there for leak paths. It should act like a raingutter anyway, so even with the rubber piece removed, water will run down towards the taillights & away. A friend had a Civic with a small rust hole in that channel, it let water drip right through.
