I retained the factory head unit and in-dash 6 disc CD changer. I have added the following:
Infinity Kappa 32.5cf - 3 1/2" dash mount with external crossovers
Infinity Kappa 62.5i - 6.5" door mount with external crossovers
Infinity Kappa 42.5i - 4" package tray mount with external crossovers
Infinity Kappa 692.5i - 6x9" package tray mount with external crossovers
Infinity Kappa 100.3dvc - 10" dual voice coil sub in a box I made and
carpeted to match the trunk interior
US Acoustics USB-600D - Class D 300 watt RMS sub amp mounted on the sub box
Delphi Roady XM Radio - mounted under dash ashtray
Auxillary input mounted in center console
I wanted the sub and amp to be removeable in case I need the whole trunk for some reason. Plus I wanted everything to look stock in the dash area. I really dig the system and it sounds great even without the sub. I didn't cut any of the vehicle's wiring and I used factory speaker connections bought from my dealer, so everything just plugged in. It has taken a long time to finish the update, but it was well worth it.
