Okay so lets suppose the following:
There is a private party transaction between a buyer and seller - the seller requests that the buyer have the 45K mile service completed at the dealer and take care of any problems that are identified. The dealer replaces the middle exhaust and returns the car with no additional comments. Three weeks after the buyer has taken possession of the car, his alternator dies (no problem...its hard to predict their failure) but the new dealer that the buyer takes the car to finds 1) an oil leak 2) loose pulleys and frayed, cracked, and worn out belt. Buyer is now stuck footing the bill for these "missed" items.
Will Saab hear my story and help me out?
