Yes, you should expect lots more problems. Based on the posts on this board, you either have no failures at all or all of the problems being discussed. Your car seems to be positioned to present you with all of the issues discussed on this BB.
I also have a '99 9-3 base CPO, now at 58K miles. This is my third Saab, so my epectations were tempered by past experience, but the list of repairs in the past 12 months is amazing. I only keep good humor about it since I haven't been stranded by a failure and the CPO warranty has covered almost everything. My neighbors are amazed at the parade of loaner vehicles that I've had over the past year
Here's my list of replacements and adjustments from 12 months and 7 service visits:
-front struts
-tighten steering shaft
-tighten lower control arm bolts
-tighten sub-frame bolts (reported to be very loose)
-steering rack
-right front strut (second replacement)
-center muffler
-antenna
-radio
-antenna cable (the real culprit on AM reception)
-rear wiper motor
-DI cassette
-headlight relay
-headlight bulbs
-dash panel lights
-rear hatch gas springs
-sunroof frame
-seat cushion
-key fob
Fortunately, I still have another 18 months to go on the CPO warranty. I had planned to keep this car for 200K miles, but so far, the trend is not encouraging. I'll likely trade it in while still under the CPO umbrella.
