But I experienced the same thing when I had the 16" 5 spoke wheels on the car which are more closed up than the aero wheels.
Hmmm...seems like my only choice at this point is the cross drilled rotors that Mark mentioned or....just keep tapping the brakes every now and then when it's wet. Just seems so strange to have a problem like this on a SAAB. My 900's could be submerged and still have good braking power.
