If it was an axel problem it would occur all the time...period. I would assume they got you on this one.

If it happens on acceleration we have seen in the past bad bushings. It's a pain to diagnose, but we will try over the internet.

I'll describe the problem we encountered. The problem happened upon acceleration. If you took your gas off the foot during acceleration the problem would stop because the load stopped. We orginally thought it was the tires, but after changing the tires the problem still occured. We then looked at the control arms and found one of the control arm bushings beat up. The drive did alot of city driving and the bushing simply could not take the abuse.

The fix is simply to upgrade the bushing to poly bushings. Poly bushings cost around $150 for all the control arm bushings. I work at MP Performance LLC and we have an upgrade coming out this week(if we ever have the time to post on our site) in which we supply the customers with pressed control with the poly bushing to help reduce the cost of installtion from around $300 to $65.
