Sorry I can't help you with a solution, but I have a similar problem as well. I'm at 101,000 miles and my vibration shows up worse some days than others, and usually around 40-60mph. It did it with old tires and rims, and with new tires and new rims as well. Had them back, rebalanced, swapped back to front, no difference. They also did the pressure balancing, and it didn't seem to really improve anything either. I'm at a point where I can tolerate it for now, and will do something about it if someone here has a good suggestion as to what it could be. I can't stand doing the unfortunate thing that Carrie is going through with the "replace this, replace that" routine from the dealership. As far as I believe, they should be responsible for what they replace, and if it doesn't fix it, they ought to give you your money back for what they unsuccessfully tried to fix for you. They are after all "Saab certified and trained" technicians, aren't they?
