Now that you have the rich fuel condition fixed with a new DI, drive it for a week or two. Then take it in and get the code cleared. See if it comes on again. I think the cat might clear itself up over a week and might not throw a code after that. What do you have to lose anyway? I really doubt it's completely plugged up. IF you do end up having to buy a new downpipe/cat, use it as an excuse to buy an upgrade aftermarket unit. Take a look on genuinesaab.com I no longer discuss my personal warranty work experience.. too negative.
