It is tricky to figure out the first times how to reset the throttle.
You need to locate the end of the clock spring.
It kind of looks like a pigtail sticking out in the vicinity of the adjustment screw (number 8 area on picture).
The pigtail is resting on the metal arm when in limphome mode and the whole metal arm is moving when pulling the limp home throttle cable.
That pigtail clock spring needs to be pushed slightly toward the throttle body housing and then you need to use a screwdriver as the picture show and turn the toothed throttle arm disc until the limp home solenoid catches the disc and you hear a click.
When TB is reset, the metal arm and clock spring is not moving when pulling on the cable.
