Does not sound like a fuel filter... that would be consistent and would throw adaption CELs. Do check the VAC line to the FPR... we have seen these go hard and fail on 1999... starting a couple of years ago... ditto for BPV which would not do anything like this but could kill boost.
Check larger VAC line to base area of TB for the evaporative control system.
On boost, the engine moves on its mounts... which could play with a loose ground connection.
What plugs are you running and what do they look like after running?

Check connectors in DIC connector shell... any connectors pushed back?
In theory, a bad CPS could do this, but we seem to never see this mode.
I think the O2 sensor CEL could be an independent problem or result of some other root cause. Sensor could be going bad, perhaps not. Check condition of sensor connectors near and above the thermostat.
The TB if fouled could not do this and would then only effect closed and nearly closed throttle operation. But probably time to clean it anyways.
If boost going into the red?
I agree with the suspicion of ignition/electrical related.
