Dean,
I have inspected all of the VAC lines and replaced ones that looked suspect. I was thinking also that it could be a loose ground (checked resistance between ground cable and block and everything looks fine) but i can be cruising at low RPMs with no change in engine movement and it will still happen. As for plugs, i am running NGK-R BCPR7ES gapped to .036 and they all look fine. I even tried my old plugs and i am having the same problems so i think i have ruled out plugs. Additionally, i have checked all electrical connections and cleaned them to make sure. The O2 sensor wiring and connections all look good and i agree that it seems like an independant problem that is related to my exhaust (should be fixed now). I cleaned the TB last night and still no change in symptoms. As for boost, everything seems normal but i have not been pushing it much past 3K RPMs due to this problem but have tried a couple WOT runs and boost is at the end of yellow whre it usually gets to. This problem is only occuring here and there (once/twice every 5-10 min) and is not every time but almost every time it is under light throttle. Thanks again for the help!
