Keep a close eye on coolant and oil levels, watch for signs of oil in coolant. Any Smoke from tailpipe? Have someone look while you start from cold?
Get a second opinion! Find a Saab Indy! Heatbolts can be retorqed, replaced perhaps, bad headgasket situation can possibly be averted. <$200 usually.
oil pressure switch fairly trivial. Note does oil lite illuminate before the car fires (after key turned on)?
Whatever the outcome, an oil sample can be collected at oil change time (or anytime) and sent for analysis. Anything that is mixing with the oil can be detected, usually the source is predictable.
The diagnosis offered by the dealer could be serious!
hopefully they are wrong.
As one popular contributor is wont to say ' perhaps he has a boat payment'.
