My 97 900SE running great- never any noticiable leaks, oil change to oil change w/o adding oil (has 142Kmiles on it) no problem then I noticed it dumped a load of oil on inlaws driveway from front pass side during a roadtrip. Engine still smooth as creampuff but obviously, we weren't going to drive it any distance. Since it dumped about a quart, we brought it to a repair dealer. I told them I wasn't interested in dumping a lot of money into the car- I'd sell it for parts first. They did say they had to pull the engine. It ended up being an O ring. Now car doesn't leak... but it took $400 labor and parts(they also had to replace serpentine belts fouled w/ oil- that I just replace a short time ago)
