I have beguin to see quite a bit of this. My car a 99 has this problem. It isn't a big deal to fix thanks to the fact that it is on the seam. I fixed it myself. Take of the little trim piece. Get some sand paper, maybe a sanding pen, Saab touchup paint, and a tube of clearcoat. It isn't that hard to do. But, do not wait too long. I still have to the passenger side and that has quite the bubble. Good luck.
