It is not complex but it is labor intensive. I have done it twice and really did not enjoy it. But a shop will charge at least $600 so it may be worth it. If you have a driveway and 2 days it can be done at a leisurely pace. You will need spring compressors, lever type ball joint remover (not pickle fork which will tear your boots) and a large plumbing pipe wrench for the bottom strut nut. There is a write up with photos if you do a search. If you go for it avoid scan tech strut mounts, mine died 4 months after putting them in. Also KYB GR-2 are super stiff, most stick to OEM Boges or Bilsteins.
Have fun and be sure to stock the fridge with icy brews if you choose to take on this mission.
