I've got a black-on-black top NG900 convertible with the silver wheels, and I'm planning to repaint them over the winter charcoal-gray gloss or hammer-finish, but leave a silver or polished 1-inch at the rim and into the inside surface. With a black car, the wheels are just too-much silver since I've already repainted the grille black.

I am still puzzling over a very thin contrasting pin-strip.
