Simple answer: Buy a gallon of Saab anti-freeze.
Longer answer: there traditional (high silicone green) coolants, OAT (Dexron, aka long life, orange) no silicate, no phosphate, HOAT (G48 / G-05 no silicate, low phosphate, gold) and Japanese (no silicate) collants. Each has advantages and disadvantages, some with major implications if you use it in the wrong car. Colors cannot be relied on, you have to check the chemical composition to know what's in the coolant.
For example, Dexron will cause serious corrosion of your cooling system if there are any "contaminents". AIR is a contaminent! There have been reams of problems with Dexron with "fresh from the factory" cars. Google Dexron and Cadillac. Traditional Prestone green type coolants use silicates (sand) to protect against corrosions. Silicates will cause Euro and Japanese water pumps to fail (been there before I knew, done that). There's more to know, that's all I am typing!
Bottom line, use the correct coolant! There are some serious reason for it. For your Saab, factory coolant is usually the most reasonable, but you can use BMW, or Mercedes or G-05.
