Last I checked, Saab only had (orange-colored) DexCool antifreeeze, which is the current stuff. Not compatible.
The older Saab blue stuff is apparently G-48 antifreeze which you can buy in 55-gallon drums. Useful, huh?
People have used Zerex G-05. A majority of new-formula antifreeze, including Prestone, is "hybrid OAT" which I think is compatible.
However, the safest thing to do, is drain completely, rinse a few times, then fill. This way you know you're not mixing different types of anticorrosion packages.
