Just like REM said, all three of these oils are ACEA A3/B3 rated. (I believe M1 15W-50 is, also, but haven't looked lately. My neighbor runs Amsoil 20W-50 in his Mitsubishi turbo down to 0F, but I'm not comfortable using it in occassional start-ups colder than 20F.)
M1 5W-40 (called "Turbo Diesel Truck" now?) is probably the best of the bunch for a Swedish turbo in a milder-to-colder climate. I use it year-round from 0F winter start-ups to 100F traffic jams. But 5W-40 & 0W-40 are the two most expensive choices. M1 HM 10W-30 & 10W-40 are better values, & I'd be comfortable using them down to occassional 0F start-ups.
Regular start-ups at 0F or below & I'd always go with 0W-40. But that's just me. You really can't go wrong with any of these choices.
