I'll warn you and say it's pretty much a huge PITA, but you can take off the door panel and there are various adjustments to the window. I've had to adjust mine several different ways, but all related to how the window fit against the a pillar or roof, never the rear window. But I believe it is possible to adjust the pressure of the window against the seals. I recommend downloading a copy of the WIS because there are very good writeups with pics about how to make all the adjustments.
