If you loosen the large screws that hold the striker in place, it will move in and out or up and down.
BEFORE you loosen them, draw around it with a semi-permanent marker so you know where it was originally. You can loose your way and have one heck of a time getting it right again.
Don't adjust too much. You should end up with the door closing smoothly (no latch hit when it closes) and lining up properly on the body. You also don't want it too hard to close. But, within that range, there is little room to be a little tighter or looser and that will sometimes cure rattles.
Note that seals shrink in the Winter. That can cause some of the issues you are having.
