I'll show the bulletin to my Saab tech, & I'll see if he's tried any of the things they mention in it (beyond checking the antenna & a couple of the other simple tasks). I'll let you know if he has any feedback.
Meanwhile, I don't know if this sort of thing would help, but I've found a product called the "Hyper Ground System", which consists of braided copper wire intended to better ground the entire car & the engine components. You can read about it & their claims at: http://www.nolimitmotorsport.com/hyperground/
I don't know if this wouldhelp with radio reception; however, I did call them & you can oruchase the wiring kit for less than the cost of new radio!
