Resurfacing rotors is a thing of the past. You should always replace your rotors. By resurfacing rotors you are not saving a lot but you are losing a lot.
Just FYI, BMW dealers replace rotors with every brake job even under free maintenance. If you want good braking as you say you do, don't cut (corners) your old rotors.
