Start with a front end alignment. they would also be able to assess your shocks and struts. Coil springs should be okay unless they are broken. You can check by taking the wheel off and inspecting close up. don't use the braille method, they can be really sharp.

Though worn tires can do it too. I'd get your suspension checked and go from there in terms of repair. Sounds dangerous.
