Mounting the wheel shouldn't be a problem, but you are almost certainly going to need the airbag that goes with the new wheel, as the # of spokes is different.
And you need the WHOLE airbag. There is no cover available as a spare part.
Removing the wheel is easy. Shut car off, place key in a safe location (NOT in the car). Remove airbag screws (these mount differently, depending on year, just find the TORX screws buried in the sides or back of the steering wheel).
carefully disconnect the airbag connection. Place the airbag in a safe location METAL SIDE DOWN (that way, in the unlikely event it decides to go off, it won't become a projectile...
Using a 22mm socket on a 6" extension with a 1/2" drive ratchet, loosen the steering wheel nut. Loosen the nut, but do NOT remove it.
rock the wheel back and forth, gripping at the sides, and even top and bottom until it pops off the splines, and hits the nut that you didn't remove completely (if you do remove it, you risk a bloody nose when the wheel does come off).
NOTE: Watch carefully the position of the airbag wire as you thread it back through the wheel. If you let this wound coil spin, you run the risk of breaking it when you turn the wheel to the extremes, and you'll get an airbag light.
Install new wheel, tighten 22mm nut (hand tight is fine). connect airbag, install airbag, you're done.
