Do you know that you still have a cold start problem since you replaced the thermostat today.

It was probably the thermostat all along so I don't understand why you only replaced the ECT sensor twice instead of replacing both as all posts suggest when this code is present.

If the thermostat allows the engine to run too cold it will alter cold start enrichment adaptive learning and could create cold start problems so wait a few days and see if you still have a problem after resetting the fault code.
