Thanks, I dug into it yesterday. I did have the complete pair of power seats.I'm happy enough with the non power so I'll leave the electrical mods to my sounds system. i've scrapped the pass power bottom and want to do the same on the driver's. They're taking up space. What I found is that the bottom leather and foam are identical between the power and non power. They nest in a metal can that screws/bolts to the bottom frame at 4 points. I didn't touch the back because it looks like the power back will bolt right on to the non power base with 4 machine screws. The power back appears to contain the manual tilt back mechanism so would just bolt on. I didn't have the drive's seat at the house to work on so I just did the bottom which is the bad part. The result looks great and is way more comfortable.
