I'm pretty sure it's fuse #15 on the driver's side of the dashboard. However, this doesn't allow the headlight switch to work traditionally. The parking light setting brings on the full headlights, but doesn't allow brights or fogs unless turned all the way to the full-on headlight position. Also, leaving the switch in the full on position mimics DRLs (lights turn off when I shut the car off). The parking light setting works if the car isn't running.
Getting a change in programming with the Tech II is the only way to make the headlight switch work traditionally.
