simple problem with a 50/50 solution. Either the clutch master cylinder or clutch slave cylinder is faulty.
more than likely the slave (they are more commonly faulty) It may be that you don't see an external leak yet, but keep pressure bleeding it (DONT VACUUM BLEED IT) and eventually you'll find an excess of brake fluid on the ground under the transmission.
something to note too. if you do end up replacing the slave, It needs to be bled prior to installation. because of the little curly fluid line and the fact that the slave is trapped inside the transmission you will need to "prime" it with fluid and then do the proper pressure bleeding after the transmission is installed.
