I have never done either job but when I had the rear seat removed from my Viggen over the weekend there was a conspicuous circular plastic/rubber seal in the floor that looked as if it may be the fuel pump access port.
Grab the leading edge of the rear seat cushion and lift upwards. It is held in place by two spring clips in my convertible and re-installed easily.
Correction - According to the WIS the tank must come down. Not sure what is under that large rubber plug in the floor of my car.
