At this point it would be a personal preferrence to tighten the head-bolts - assuming you have no indication they are loose. But IF you do it, I strongly recommend replacing the bolts rather than just re-torqueing them. A full set of new headbolts is ~$25 from eEuro.
The sequence you posted is how I previously thought it was to be done but I was recently shown the Saab TSB and your posted sequence is incorrect. Do one bolt at a time, tighten that bolt to 44-ft-lbs, then immediately give it the additinal 90 degrees of tightening. Then proceed to the next bolt in the Saab pattern. This eliminates the risk of creating a head gasket leak with an old fully compressed gasket. If you changed out the head gasket too, then your posted sequence would be correct.
