my take on this is that many of those early ones are 3 months and not quite 3k miles apart. I think Vehicle Serviced was perhaps a 'broader' category than just oil change, perhaps as part of a maintenance package when purchased new? Or they charged an extra $10 to check more things than just changing oil and filter before the $19 oil change special became popular?
Body Electrical system could also be a burned out bulb that was replaced.
The information above wouldn't scare me away if everything else checks out. Take it somewhere you trust their review, have a mechanic or real handy friend look it over.
