I see that you were not able to get pressure when your wastegate actuator tube was disconnected. Was that you on the 9000 BB? If so, has that been resolved? If you cannot get pressure now, an external controller will not fix this.

Do you have a mass air sensor, or mantifold absolute pressure MAP sensor?

You can get the Hallman Boost Controller for $95 delivered. Go to hallmanboostcontroller.com and follow the link to the sole dealer. At the HBC site, you can down load the installation manual and study the generic single turbo installation procedures. With the trionc on the NG900's the ECU is very forgiving if you hit the overpressure fuel cut pressure. It does not remember anything and resets after a split second. You do not need to remove power from the ECU.

The BPC valve is disconnected as far as hoses goes, and the electrical connections are left in place. Keep the hose lengths as short as practical, but you do want to keep the valve mouned where you can adjust it without getting turbo burns etc. The source pressure for the HBC should be from throttle body, upstream of the trottle plate, but you could use the pressure tap hose barb on the compressor housing if you don't want to do much work. That would certainly do for an evaluation to see if you want to live with the HBC. The HBC should be mounted where it does not get engine vibration. If you mounted it on the engine, the regulation will be affected, and boost pressures will drop with higher rpm's due to vibration.

By feeding throttle body pressure to the HBC, the pressure drop across the intercooler and plumbing will be compensated for. IE regulation occurs at the throttle body, not the compressor.
