Hello,
The main relay is located in the relay panel above were the dlc is. The charged air pressure sensor should be located on the tube running from the intercooler to the throttle body. In 99 I think there will be a little hose running from the tube to the sensor. I think it will be mounted on the left front corner of the head. Good Luck, Bernie
