Hello,
That may very well be a solder joint in the wiring harness. If you can watch live data on a scan tool see if the voltage for the o2's drops down under .10 volts. If it does it is the solder joint. The solder joint is located near the connector at the ecm/t7. You should be able to search it out on the bulletin board here.
I usually remove the glove box and unplug the connector from the ecm and the other connectors on that chunk of harness. Then I push the grommet through the firewall. Then I pull the harness out that way. I don't have a 3.2 manual with me but you will find the crimp junction located between the ecm connector and the grommet. It will be covered with glue and shrink tube. It will be the one with probably 10 wires going into it. I usually cut it out and solder a 3 or 4 inch piece of larger gauge wire in. I use a big old powerful plug in soldering iron since it is so many wires and some of them are copper and some of them are steel.
This was a pretty common problem from 1994 to 1999. These crimp connections were formed by pressure and can be weak. This crimp connection has most of the sensor grounds. Sometimes we were told to clean up the grounding points and solder them were they connect over by the number 4 intake runner. Congratulations on fixing the previous issues and good luck with these new issues. Bernie.
