Same issue here, in Alaska. I think it happened sometime in August/September.
You can use re-shippers if you really need the part. I personally was able to find what I needed elsewhere.
One thing I like about eEuroparts was they frequently listed the country of origin for their parts.
I doubt Canada and Alaska/Hawaii make up much of eEuroparts' business. But I don't see the logic in turning down a potential sale. In 2019 I've purchased directly from retailers in Germany, Taiwan, Israel, Australia and the UK. They all were plenty happy to take my money and simply charged me appropriately for overseas shipping (and at least offered slow/cheap & fast/expensive options).
If you want to compete with the big guys, you will need to adapt and offer something different. For example, one online auto parts retailer I regularly frequent offers an extensive range of parts qualities/prices and shipping speeds/prices. I have ordered thousands from them in just the last 6 months and recently recommended them to some friends here in town who were equally thrilled with their purchases.
