Sorry to be the contrarian here but I just went out to my 1997 Saab 900SE to jog my memory and I'm sure I didn't remove the bumper. The hardest part was angling the radiator to get it out. And don't you think it odd that the WIS folks would neglect to mention that you need to remove the bumper in this procedure? However, I've found there are often several ways of solving a problem and it's good to be aware of all of them
