Surprised no one has answered yet. It's my understanding that only the autos have the vacuum pump as I have on my 9-5 auto. If you did have a vacuum pump, you would be wondering what the heck is that component hanging off the driver's side of the valve cover. So it's got to be brake fluid. Is the reservoir low?
