Technically there is no rear toe adjustment available on these cars but I have seen other opinions here. Search the board, many posts on this.
Without seeing the numbers, remember that there are acceptable ranges for camber and toe. Rear toe on each wheel can range between -.10 and .23 within spec.
The camber shims shouldn't have any effect on the toe, but could change a bit I guess. Fairly easy job if you can get the rear end up in the air. You want to maintain about 1 degree of negative camber for more spirited cornering. Check condition of the rear spring supports and bump stops and do those while everything is out of the way.
If the car is drifting and wandering, I think the front end still may be the issue. I just can't imagine the rear being so far out that it would pull the car, unless the frame was bent or something.
I was having problems with tire wear and alignment for years. I wore down brand new front tires in less than 2000 miles. Finally, the right wheel bearing started to make noise (more noise actually...i had attributed moderate noise to tires themselves and stiff suspension). Got the bearing replaced and it's been straight with even wear ever since.
