What engine and trany do you have?
It would be good to get the dealer to do an inspection. They can cover a lot of territory in a short amount of time.
Look for oil dripping from the bottom of the bell housing where the trany? connects to the engine. Look for oil leaks where the drive shafts go into the trany.
Any sign of the center muffler rotting out?
Check that all wiper arms and sprays are working.
Any sign of moisture in the carpets under the passenger side (under the air conditioner evaporator box).
Antenna working freely?
As well as looking for warrantee items, check the brake pad thickness on all corners, inboard and outboard postions. Uneven wear suggests a problem that needs to be dealt with.
Have strut top bushings looked at, you might have the older design which failed for some folks.
