Dean, you have tried MAP signal mods and had limited success due to the T5 trying to adapt out the mods. Those were noble efforts and with continueing effort you may have arrived at a solution.
If T5 can supply enough fuel for non lean boost from a MBC then why isn't there enough fuel for a T5Boost4? It is not a linear relationship between measured boost and fuel flow. T5 does adapt fuel mixture for the affects of altitude, fuel type, temperature, etc under all loads. Full throttle operation is too critical to allow a lean condition. T5 will increase fuel, retard timing, and reduce boost if a lean condition or detonation occures. If it cannot adapt for a lean condition the ECL will illuminate. When T5Boost4 is installed adaptation under full throttle can be felt and observed on a reader. After adaptation is accomplished the reader values are within adation limits. T5Boost4 falls between the finicky MBC and a nonreversable ECU mod.
