Maybe I should fan the revolver. Looks cool but you still don't hit anything.
I was not aware of the noted service bullitin and was afraid you were going to turn the head bolt an additional 90 degrees more than the original spec. Generally, retorquing is not recomended. I hope this helps in your situation.
The bolt is first torqued to a spec and then turned an additional 90 degrees.
