Hakka studded vs. cheaper alternatives?

Anyone running Hankook or Firestone Wintermaster studded snows? We're shopping for studded snows, and these are considerably cheaper than Hakkas. (And the Hakka 1's are discontinued? do they have another studdable model available in North America?) My wife had $35 kelly springfield studs on her honda, and she was almost unstoppable in Park City, Utah (over 300" snow annually). So, we're not sure its worth it to fork over $110+ or so bones each for the Hakkas.
Thanks,
Brian
