Canine Hydrotherapy - Need Good Seat Blanket

I've got a soon-to-be 14 year old lab mix with pretty bad arthritis. I took her this weekend for 3 days in a row of hydrotherapy. Essentially warm water swimming/massage with a therapist. She likes it and I believe over time it will help her condition and rebuild some lost muscle tissue and strength in her back legs.
Anyway, until now I've been using an old fleece blanket to cover the back seat on the infrequent occasions that my dog rides in the car. This is inadequate for wet dog, and does nothing to protect the seat backs.
Anyone found a good product that will fully protect the back seats? Preferably something that will easily attach to the headrests to keep it from sliding around too much. The fleece blanket doesn't really stay in place despite tucking it in and also allows my dog to slide around, even if I drive civilly. It would need to be long enough to drape to the floor as well, and machine washability is essential.
Thanks,
John
