Thanks for the info.
I can't pass judgement on homeopathic because even my vet recommended that it might be worth a try and that many dogs have been helped. As far as the hydrotherapy I'm SURE it is helping as she was getting no excercise previously and she definitely got a good workout this weekend, in addition to targetted massage from the women that runs the place. It's not like she's completely crippled but I felt that if I didn't find a way to get her excercise that didn't make her uncomfortable her lifespan could be compromised.
Folding the seats is not a good option because it requires that I sit scrunched up against the wheel and means I have to lift her even higher or take her down from even higher. Right now she can at least help get herself into the car.
